It’s harder than ever to find employees who have the knowledge, skill and work ethic to meet your business’s needs. Apprenticeship programs pair on-the-job custom training with the expert-led education offered at Tech.

What are Apprenticeships?

Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeships are industry-driven partnerships between employers, participants and Meridian.

Apprenticeships begin with employment. On-the-job learning is complimented by technical skills gained through Meridian’s work-friendly training programs.

Apprenticeships let participants earn while they learn and allows employers to draw from a larger pool of talent. By the end of the program, apprentices obtain nationally recognized credentials and businesses retain skillful employees.

Why Choose Registered Apprenticeships?

According to the US Department of Labor, Registered Apprenticeship completers have high retention rates – 93 percent of apprenticeship graduates retain employment.
